We are two chefs with different backgrounds and together we give you the WOW feeling of the real flavors.
Cristian spent years studying at the best Italian Pastry and Gelato School while Biagio built experience in restaurants and traveling around the world.

From gastropubs to fine dining establishments in Italy and the UK, my culinary journey has been fueled by a lifelong passion for cooking.
Traveling has been my greatest muse, inspiring me to seek out new tastes and exotic ingredients—whether it's a peculiar fruit, a centuries-old preserved egg, or a pungent vegetable cheese.
As a naturally communicative person with a story for every dish, I've found immense joy in teaching cooking lessons and sharing my culinary adventures.
Beyond the kitchen, I express my vision of the world through photography, weaving stories with each captured moment. It's these passions and experiences that have led me to the realization that I'm ready to embark on my own culinary adventure, to write my own story through opening my own business.

As a professional pastry chef, I've honed my craft in fine-dining establishments across the globe, from the UK to Italy and Australia.
After completing my studies at the esteemed Alma International Cookery School in Italy in 2014, I further refined my skills in London before embarking on an enriching journey to Australia.
Traveling has been a profound source of inspiration for me, fostering confidence, openness, and curiosity. Experiencing new tastes, cultures, and perspectives has deeply influenced my approach to my work and outlook on life.
Amidst the challenges of the pandemic, while in Sydney, I felt a growing desire to bring joy to people's lives, and what better way to do so than with a delicious cone of ice cream.
